HOW THEY DID IT
This is the season of Employee Ownership. Here at SRC, we're celebrating our 25th year as an ESOP. In May we threw a huge party featuring a concert by The Doobie Brothers and Three Dog Night. Recently, we learned our stock is valued at $234 a share and that we have plans to go 100% ESOP, a longtime dream of ours. Check out our latest newsletter to see what other companies are up to.

GREAT GAME TWO-DAY SEMINAR
Who Better to Teach You OBM Than the Inventors of the Game?
Don't miss out on your chance to spend two days experiencing what it's like to do business in an open-book organization and to see for yourself how The Great Game of Business has worked for SRC. We'll cover all the necessary topics to get you started, maintain growth and keep the spirit alive in your organization.
During the SRC Two-Day Experience, you will travel to the birthplace of The Great Game of Business in Springfield, Missouri, to learn the concepts of open-book management from those who practice it daily. Whether you are trying to decide if The Game is right for you, or if you are getting started and need a nudge in the proper direction, this is an invaluable experience. You will learn some of the essential Game aspects as well as have the opportunity to meet real SRC employees and see how The Game truly works for them on a daily basis.
Upcoming dates are January 13-14 and February 10-11. For more details or to register for the program, click here or call Kristin Binford at 800-386-2752.

Beyond Open Book: It's Not Just About Financial Transparency
OBM is a powerful business strategy that gives employees insight into what drives their organization's performance and their individual roles in achieving business results. Employee Owned companies who have experienced the real power behind Open-Book Management will attest it takes much more than simply sharing financial information to get employees excited and engaged in the business, let alone to think, act and feel like owners.
Join Michael and Rich in this session to learn how to capture the real power behind Open-Book Management. The ESOP Association Las Vegas Conference and Tradeshow will be held November 13 and 14. For more information and to register, click here.
